How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Everyone who contacts Mutualbackground Walk-In Tubs deserves fair and honest treatment. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Bring Up

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or messaged Mutualbackground Walk-In Tubs
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If you have trouble with work done in your home, it often helps to raise it with the provider first and keep written records.

Please still let us know. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Mutualbackground Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@mutualbackground.beer and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • What happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we look into it, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Settled?

If our answer does not resolve things, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also get help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be able to assist.
